RE-ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES.
Dear Graham
We would like to thank your company for once again providing an excellent waste collection service to our company. As you are aware our company previously dispensed with your services purely for financial reasons. However utilising the services of a national waste contractor proved to be not as cost effective as the service previously provided by your company.
The national company as you are aware replaced your tailor made bin with FELs which proved to be impractical to load for the variety of waste streams that are produced at our premises. The national company were supposed to empty their FELs on set days and even this simple arrangement was not maintained to our satisfaction.
We understand that your company are constantly seeking business with franchises such as ours, and often have difficulty due to company policy where they are obliged to engage national contractors.
We have changed our policy and we are confident the excellent and flexible service that your company provide will put you in good stead for the future.
